我不是真正的快乐

BM item 1 timing: 3.04 (NEW record)

When I tow back to the half pool (75m) is 2.15mins.. Den from the half pool to ending every time can not make it wan.. Den Daryl though that i can do it below 3mins.. but too bad I can't but I will try to hit below 3mins on wednesday.. We did 100 jumping jack.. 50 push up.. haha.. My push up "very powerful" wan.. haha.. I hate doing push up.. coz I dun have strength to push my body up.. lol.. yeah..

I WILL DO IT..

I DUN BELIVE I CAN NOT DO IT..

See I'm forcing myself again.. My WHY WHY is coming out again.. Asking myself Y.. Y I can not do this and Y I can not do there.. Y I can not swim below 3mins.. Y people is better than mi.. YYYY

some time 我的开心是 fake wan.. I'm not happy @ all.. everyday act like very happy like that.. But I'm not.. I'm always alone de.. yah.. My feeling is just like the song.. 你不是真正的快乐.. ya..
