ba yue liao.. is time for mooncake.. haha.. i wan to eat Snow skin moon cake.. i wan to make.. haha.. LOL.. i wan to do.. hehe.. Here is the recipe.. haha..

Snow Skin Mooncakes

Ingredients: (makes 10 x 5.2cm diameter mooncakes)

Snow Skin
100g Koh fun (commercial fried glutinous rice flour)
70g Icing sugar
30g Shortening
120g Cold water

Fillings
300g Lotus Paste
50g Melon Seeds

Steps:

Snow skin

1. Sift Koh Fun and Icing sugar into a mixing bowl.
2. Rub shortening into the flour mixture.
3. Gradually mix in cold water till a soft dough forms.
4. Scale and weigh 30g per portion for each mooncake. (According to the size of your mooncake mould.)

Fillings

1. Mix together lotus paste with melon seeds
2. Scale and weigh 40g per portion for each mooncake filling. (According to the size of your mooncake mould.)

Assemble

1. Wrap each portion of filling with a portion of snow skin.
2. Press into mooncake mould.
3. Knock out and chill before serving.

hello.. Yesterday I have fever 39.3 degree.. That's y I have a headache the whole day lor.. And mama use Ice towel put on my head & neck.. very cold.. And i wear my jacket.. And cover with blanket.. haha.. And I ate 2 panadol.. hehe.. den after awhile I'm hot.. haha.. after that I slept liao.. haha.. To this morning.. I feel refresh.. Happily go to work.. And today I take down notes lor.. hehe.. today learn alot of things.. And have to go home and see my poly book.. Some of the things I forget liao.. haha.. So must take out from my mind.. haha.. I have a PC at work now.. Tml I can use that to blog liao.. hehe.. But dun noe can use MSN or not.. haha.. I think better not.. haha.. MUST DRINK 4 BOTTLE OF WATER everyday.. haha.. hehe.. Is time to blog again.. haha.. Yesterday I have fever 38.5 degree.. Wa.. very cold, all aching, very tired.. yeah.. hehe.. i drink alot of things.. hehe.. honey with lemon, star fruit drink, ho yan hor.. hehe.. and eat 2 panadol.. and sleep the whole day.. haha..
After my first day of work.. I'm sick liao.. omg.. haha.. just my first day only.. i dun like air-con room.. i not use to it lor.. i like hot.. dun like cold.. hehe.. inside the air-con room need to drink more water.. hehe.. den for mi it i dun like to drink water de.. so from today i have to drink alot of water.. I dislike air-con room/air-con place.. haha.. HATE it.. I think monday i have to wear more shirt liao.. I scare of cold.. haha.. how?? how?? how?? haiz..
And yesterday i received a sms from my secondary sch friend, Caiyun.. haha.. She tell mi that..

First step to my future.. haha.. hehe..
Today wake up very early: report to the LabOne to sign up appointment letter..
After that i went to do medical checkup.. haha.. As usual Doctor will ask mi wat happen to my hair.. haha.. haiz.. all because of myself.. haha..
Den do x-ray i tot is a very long x-ray.. waaa.. very short only lor.. not more than 3 mins.. ask mi to breathe in and breathe out only.. so simple.. haha.. But I haven received a copy of the appointment letter.. haha.. And papa accompany mi walk to LabOne at Jurong East IBP haha.. I think we took 30 mins to walk there.. haha.. the SUN is very big very hot..
Hope the medical checkup is alright.. no problem with it.. den i can go and work liao.. haha..
Starting from 22 Aug.. FIRST job.. 8.30am to 5.30pm.. hehe.. LUCKY..

After that she say she is not going home to eat dinner den i told her to go Food Junction and eat.. Hello.. Just now go swimming with Emm & Anqin.. haha.. they so cute.. We teaching Emm how to plunge coz she every time hit her stomach.. haha.. AND she will forget how to plunge wan.. 1 time can den 1 time can not.. Den can den can not.. haha.. So CUTE..
Den when anqin go shower.. we try to plunge again and again.. haha.. den she teach mi how to say ALSO, ALWAY and ALRIGHT.. so hard to say.. I every time say Oso, Oway, Oright.. haha.. Today, morning I'm so happy.. haha..
I switch on my hp at 8 something.. at about 9am, I suddenly received a call from my dream company.. I have been wait for this company & this position for about 2 months.. From June to Aug.. haha.. Yeah.. But i really have to Cancel away the STA at ITE.. TO take up this job.. hehe..
1 thing all the things will come.. haha.. like if I dun have received the STA job the LabOne will not come.. haha.. I'm really very happy.. haha.. I have been waiting for so long and I get that job.. haha.. haha.. I can not stop laughing and smile from the morning to now.. haha.. SO HAPPY.. hehe.. LOL.. yeah it have come.. HOPE EVERYTHING IS ALRIGHT.. haha..

Haha.. Today I went to ITE EAST (yishun).. haha..
TO give my particular and Certs to them.. hehe..
Den she told mi that have to work for 1 term den i say ok.. haha
Is from Oct To March.. And she ask mi whether I'm apply for any job or not..
Den I say NO.. I'm quite happy that I wan work back ITE.. Is quite a good job for mi..
Yesh.. Time pass very very fast.. 3 years pass away liao.. haha..
Really very fast.. And she say 1 hr @12 dollars.. haha.. But have to depend on the timetable they give mi.. hehe.. Better den stay at home doing nothing.. haha.. If i feel happy to work there I hope I can continue working there.. BUT I very sad only about a thing.. NO CPF.. haha.. So i have to save all my money.. haha.. And she say if they need ppl now they will call mi and go down.. haha..

I just went to Recruit Express.. Den i went to the company at Penjuru Lane.. Only 1 bus can go there.. is 78.. when u saw the Penjuru Flyover den I press the bell.. haha.. and have to walk very in lor.. I think from house to Penjuru Lane not more than 15 mins.. haha.. Den have to walk in I think need 15 mins ba.. haha.. Is very inside.. the working hr is from 8.30am to 8.30pm is 12hr work.. haha.. I think i can do it.. Working from 15 Aug to 31 Aug only.. The say is from Monday to Sunday.. haha... LOL.. If I work there.. den i have to give up my weekends.. hehe.. I have tell mama liao.. den she say wait for papa to come back first.. den we discuss together.. haha.. Haiz.. my mama keep saying dun do la.. den I reply her.. u give mi money la.. haha.. i think i will take it and do.. From this 2 weeks.. I take up that job liao.. But is not too hard to do it.. Haiz.. very sad lei.. I took about 2 hr to finish my chocolate.. OMG.. is a STUPID thing.. haha.. I try to melt the chocolate but can not melt.. When is melt can only do 6.. lol.. I'm back from training.. hehe.. My timing is like Roller Coaster.. haha..
Today I tow Emm, my timing is 3:38.. haha.. Compare to monday timing.. a very big different lor.. haha.. OMG.. can not be like this la.. haha.. Den after training we went KAP Mac and eat dinner.. They eat I never eat. haha.. I only eat McFlurry.. haha.. Coz go home have to eat dinner.. haha.. Y ppl thinks that I'm thin.. lol.. I have a big stomach.. lol.. hehe.. I'm trying to go a line chart out for my BM item 1 but i dun noe how coz my MS office is 2007 de.. I think i only how to use the 2003 de.. haha.. Now trying to find out alot of things.. I will update again..

haha.. Now the time is 12.57am.. I have done it.. I took 1 hr to do it.. lol.. I think i noe how to use the Excel for Line chart liao.. wa.. Still have alot of things to learn mah.. haha..

I'm back from my interview.. haha.. is a fun interview.. haha..
Never talk about my course.. just ask mi whether i can work weekend, evening, or Public holiday den i keep click my pen.. haha.. he noe that lor.. i oso dun noe.. and he ask mi whether I'm a fast hand ppl.. Is like do things very fast.. den i say no.. haha.. I'm slow person.
Den he say maybe will put mi in the Admin side.. help them to arrange duty or wat.. i oso dun noe.. coz he never tell mi.. But is a part time job.. haha.. Using Ms Excel de.. i think i can do it.. haha..
Maybe from there, I can learn some things ba.. haha.. he say if work part time 1 hr is 5 dollars.. den i say ok lor.. haha..

Thanks to all NP LIFEGUARD buddy.. Thanks for ur encourage.. If u all not there to encourage mi I dun think i can meet the timing FIRST TIME.. Thanks to the two sister.. Every time be my victims.. And train with mi.. So now I pull hannah is more fast.. thankz.. A VERY VERY VERY BIG BIG BIG THANK YOU.. haha.. Lucky all my effect in training for BM is not wasted.. haha.. haha.. My recipe fail.. I use Roti Prate not Tortilla Wraps.. Coz I can not find that at Clementi NTUC.. haiz.. SADED.. FAIL lor.. I think is coz be4 cook too soft, I dun noe how to open. haha. Den after cook inside abit not cook.. haha.. All is the Prate fault.. haha.. SAD lor.. haha.. I think we have to use the Tortilla Wraps.. that time must buy that.. My best record is 3:08 for BM item 1.. haha.. Today I tow Hannah.. Every training use Gwen & Emm to training.. hope next time i oso can tow them with this timing.. haha.. I'm so HAPPY.. hahahaaaaaaaaa....
I'm going for interview tml.. Is a very new challenge for mi.. haha.. NOT ENGINEERING job.. haha.. Is Kitchen Assistant.. haha.. I oso dun noe y apply that job.. haha.. maybe I wan to try some thing new.. haha.. Is really a new thing.. I never work before kitchen.. haha.. Today I went NTUC and buy for tml cooking.. haha.. and I spent 13.65 dollars.. haha.. tml i will take photo for u all.. I'm trying this Enchiladas stuffed with New England Clam Chowder hams..

I wan to try to make this Enchiladas stuffed with New England Clam Chowder Prawns and Chocolate Mentos/Nuts look nice.. haha..

Enchiladas stuffed with New England Clam Chowder Prawns ( Episode 5: International)

1 Can of Soup (Clam Chowder)
16 Medium-sized Tiger Prawns (shelled)
4 Tortilla Wraps
2 teaspoons of tumeric powder
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 large lime

Empty the canned soup into a non-stick pot, do not add water, let it simmer and add the prawns and tumeric powder. Mix well. Remove the prawns from heat once they start to turn pink (make sure they are not cooked thoroughly). On each tortilla wrap, spoon some prawns and clam chowder base. Roll up and place on a baking tray, repeat with the remaining and place the rolls side by side. Spoon remaining chowder on top of the rolls and sprinkle parmesan all over. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 10 min or until the cheese melts and start to brown. Serve.

Chocolate Mentos/Nuts (Episode 3: Picnic)

Nuts
Baking chocolate

Just place some baking chocolate in an ice tray and add in nuts or mint sweet, cover with chocolate. Let the tray sit in a warm place to melt the chocolate. Put in ice box to “freeze the chocolate. Unmould and serve.

Today is Saturday.. ma, pa and mi went to Shuhan house and take DVD from them.. And shuhan is very cute now.. She can move her head already.. haha.. After taking the DVDs we went to Singapore museum we see Singapore history.. walk until I tired lor.. haha.. den hmm.. eat Dinner outside.. den go home liao.. Really nothing much.. haha.. Today is ready qi yue liao.. be careful.. Dun go home too late.. haha..

Haha.. Yesterday I too tired liao.. went back den i fall a sleep liao..

Be4 going for Dinner we have to buy him a present.. So we meet at 5.30pm @ Raffles City.. Den I take 97 to Suntec City, den I walk to Raffles City and meet them.. They was at the crumpler shop, den they noe wat to buy for him liao.. den we go to the nike shop and bought him a bag.. haha.. After buying the bag.. den we go back to Suntec on the way back.. I went in HMV to buy Derrick 何维健 first album. haha..
On the way to Tony Roma's Restaurant, we met Caili and Qiuwei.. haha. Den we walk to the restaurant.. haha. Den we went in and sit and wait for other to come.. left Kang Qiao and Zheng Ren haven reach only.. haha.. den we started taking photos.. haha.. And be4 the dinner we have order a Ice cream for him.. "Ice Cream = his bday cake" haha.. When ZR reach they are talking about wat are they doing.. haha.. Follow by KQ reach.. haha.. den they start talking about their works.. haha.. I think out of the 8 person 3 or 4 ppl are working only.. haha..
Ever1 seen like have found their job.. So good.. Every1 are saying about their job.. haha.. And Andrea going to study at SIM going to start school soon.. hehe.. Tsing Qi going to work at her primary school.. Caili same as mi doing nothing.. Guohao going to NS, I think he is a clerk ba.. haha.. Coz he is PAS E.. Den we order wat we are to eat..

After the dinner and our "Ice Cream" is out.. haha.. And we sang Happy Birthday song to him.. haha.. after eating finish his Ice Cream.. He is going to bill.. Wa.. 8 ppl spent about 270 dollars.. haha.. lol.. very XXXXXX... haha.. Den we go Town and drink.. haha.. We went alley bar.. haha.. Is very dark and we keep taking photo.. den our flash light very bright.. haha.. Mi eyes.. lol.. We play game there.. So funny.. haha.. den we finish our drink.. den we header back home.. 2 cab.. haha.. this cab have caili, KQ, ZR and mi.. hehe.. first we went to KQ place, den clementi Ave5 and the last is Pandan Garden.. hehe.. 20 plus dollars for the cab.. I wanted to return him money den he say no need den i never give lor.. haha.. Reach hom at 1am.. TIRED TIRED TIRED.. den i go and slp liao.. haha..
