Today I went to swim on my own @ Clementi Sport Complex..
I think every saturday I will go swimming.. If u guys are free can tell mi den we go together..
haha.. Den I swim & do my head first surface dive.. ya.. Den when I wan to get up of the pool my leg cramp omg.. haha.. So pai seh lor.. den the lifeguard come & ask mi am I ok.. den I say ok.. haha.. I wan to be lifeguard I oso can cramp my leg.. If I dun noe how to do the treatment for myself.. den I think i can not be a lifeguard liao.. haha..
Treatment for Cramps

• Stretch and massage the affected muscle carefully
• for the thigh- straighten the leg at the knee and raise the leg
• for the lower leg - straighten the affected leg at the knee, draw the toes towards the knee
• for the abdominal muscles - encourage casualty to stand straight and arch back slightly
• gently rub affected area to allow the muscles to relax
• reassure the casualty..

I have to read up my lifesaving book for the circulatory system.. haha.. how the heart works.. yah.. I think my this part will lost to the guys.. coz they are from the LSCT course.. so i think they will noe better than mi.. I everything oso lost to them lor.. like BM item 1.. haix.. they can swim like 2.50 some time leh.. I can't..

Later I eating claypot rice with my FYP friends.. yah.. haha.. @ clementi.. see ya.. I will update again..
