I'm back from training.. hehe.. My timing is like Roller Coaster.. haha..
Today I tow Emm, my timing is 3:38.. haha.. Compare to monday timing.. a very big different lor.. haha.. OMG.. can not be like this la.. haha.. Den after training we went KAP Mac and eat dinner.. They eat I never eat. haha.. I only eat McFlurry.. haha.. Coz go home have to eat dinner.. haha.. Y ppl thinks that I'm thin.. lol.. I have a big stomach.. lol.. hehe.. I'm trying to go a line chart out for my BM item 1 but i dun noe how coz my MS office is 2007 de.. I think i only how to use the 2003 de.. haha.. Now trying to find out alot of things.. I will update again..
haha.. Now the time is 12.57am.. I have done it.. I took 1 hr to do it.. lol.. I think i noe how to use the Excel for Line chart liao.. wa.. Still have alot of things to learn mah.. haha..

I took 14.37 for 10 laps of freestyle kicking.. haha.. But other I didn't meet the timing.. My kick is strong.. but my hands are weak wan.. haha.. I need to do more exercise.. haha.. my stomach very big liao.. haha.. Can not eat and sit.. EAT finish must get up and walk walk.. haha.. I wan to go and sleep liao.. be4 sleep i have to wash my plate.. coz from just now my dinner plate was with mi.. hehe.. Good Nite.. Sweet Dream.. Take Care.. haha..Pray to GOD.
