I wan to try to make this Enchiladas stuffed with New England Clam Chowder Prawns and Chocolate Mentos/Nuts look nice.. haha..
There is the recipe.. I found this at channel U @ tuesday at 8.30pm.. Here is the website: Instant Chef

Enchiladas stuffed with New England Clam Chowder Prawns ( Episode 5: International)

1 Can of Soup (Clam Chowder)
16 Medium-sized Tiger Prawns (shelled)
4 Tortilla Wraps
2 teaspoons of tumeric powder
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 large lime

Empty the canned soup into a non-stick pot, do not add water, let it simmer and add the prawns and tumeric powder. Mix well. Remove the prawns from heat once they start to turn pink (make sure they are not cooked thoroughly). On each tortilla wrap, spoon some prawns and clam chowder base. Roll up and place on a baking tray, repeat with the remaining and place the rolls side by side. Spoon remaining chowder on top of the rolls and sprinkle parmesan all over. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 10 min or until the cheese melts and start to brown. Serve.


Chocolate Mentos/Nuts (Episode 3: Picnic)

Mint sweets
Nuts
Baking chocolate

Just place some baking chocolate in an ice tray and add in nuts or mint sweet, cover with chocolate. Let the tray sit in a warm place to melt the chocolate. Put in ice box to “freeze the chocolate. Unmould and serve.
